DEAR FALL,

The recent, and welcome sudden turn of the season has me saturated in Fall, it washes over my entire being. All my senses; sight, smell, sound, and taste are enlightened by the raw natural beauty of this season. For a brief time I almost feel "comfortable" being in this world. In the early morning hours, as I am awakened by the madness of machinery, sirens, honking, dreams intertwine with my waking consciousness. I find the time to smell my baby girl's skin, we go to the park and she splashes in puddles, laughing.

I love you Fall.
